Holiday Shipping Deadlines
GROUND SHIPPING:
West Coast - 12pm EST 12.15
East Coast - 12pm EST 12.19

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:
12pm EST 12.20

Returns/Exchanges
As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds. Returns are available for exchange or store credit only, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom engraved items are final sale. 

Info@fsobjects.com must be emailed within 10 days of order receipt for exchange/credit inquiries or if items are damaged. *This deadline is extended for holiday gifts.  Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging and packing slip.  Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Rush Shipping
Rush orders must be placed before 12pm EST to ship the same day. Orders placed later than 12pm EST will ship the next day.

International Shipping
Note: shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any duties or customs taxes for orders shipping overseas.
